My wife grew some parsley, then we found out that we were never going to use it for anything since it was more of a garnish than anything. I have no idea what type of herbs to grow. I know nothing about them. Any suggestions!?

I’d really like to grow some chili..
I expect the basil to die first.. they never last very long.. But, I had good luck with growing chives (Norwegian: grass union)
They are a vegetable, not a herb though.. But, just fantastic to have i soup and all kinds of dishes..

Yeah my habanero plant is growing really awkwardly! There are many leaves at the bottom and top, but the middle is kind of naked! haha.. I have a ghost pepper plant too..Bhut Jolokia. SUPER hot…but I cannot wait to get them and turn them in to powder to rub on meats and stuff 🙂
