Same thing happened to my fiance’s Fitbit. She sent pics to the company and they replaced it.

I’d have a bit of a fit had that happened to me. Yet it didn’t, because I got a Moto 360 instead. 😛

Jason Bayton I know as well, but hubris is fun only for a short period of time. Eventually reality checks in and things start to fall apart. 😏

Fitbit sent me a few emails. One to confirm the support case, one emails with a few questions regarding warinty and retailer. And last email they just confirmed they will ship a new watch to me. That’s awesome!!
